What exactly is Spacio?
A sales and marketing tool for new-build residential developments (by Realista.io). It brings together in one experience the building, the homes, the floor plans, the interiors, the tours, the views, the surroundings, the customisation, the prices and the financing, and turns the buyer's behaviour into useful information for the developer. Customisation is one feature within Spacio, not the product.
What does my agency have to produce?
Nothing. We produce all the content from the project documentation. You don't have to find or coordinate suppliers for 3D, floor plans, images or tours: you look after the client relationship and your digital strategy.
How long until it's ready?
Four weeks from the moment we receive the project documentation until the development is ready to sell. It's a particularly differential timeframe compared with the usual times in the industry, and it lets you commit to it in your proposal.
How does it fit into a project I already have under way?
As one more piece of your proposal: launches, development pages, acquisition plans, campaigns and sales projects. You keep running the digital strategy and Spacio takes care of what happens from the moment the buyer shows interest.
Does it go under my brand or my client's?
Whichever you decide. Spacio is an independent platform that integrates into the website and can be presented under your brand or the developer's. The data and the contacts belong to your client.
Does it also work in the sales office?
Yes. It's the same tool before the visit, at the buyer's home, and during the visit, in your client's sales office: the sales team uses it in front of the buyer to compare homes, customise and calculate the financing.
What information does the developer get?
Which homes attract the most interest, which floors and orientations are viewed most, which homes are compared, which finishes and options are chosen, how far each buyer gets and where they stop. A very solid argument for your proposal: not just how many contacts there are, but what they're looking for and how they behave.
How does the commercial relationship with the agency work?
We work it out with you case by case: you can build it into your proposal and invoice it yourself, present it under your brand, or bring us the opportunity and work on it together. The project model is always a launch payment plus a monthly usage fee based on the number of homes.
